The experts behind the heat

Meet Our Masters

Maria Fagranes

Maria Fagranes

Maria creates guided and mindful sauna experiences, where each session is based on a theme and shaped intuitively by the room and the present energy.

With heat, breathwork, music, and scent, she guides participants into their bodies and away from racing thoughts, toward a deeper connection with the present moment. Her sessions move between the soft and the intense, grounding and safe, yet with depth and power.

Maria often brings themes into the room, such as letting go, finding peace, or creating new energy - inviting participants to release and just be.

With a background as a DJ and training in shamanism, she consciously works with heat, sound, and rhythm as part of the experience. The music follows the heat, creating a flow that deepens presence. With Maria, you can expect a sensory and transformative session, leaving you feeling more calm, clear, and connected.

Nick Nielsen

Nick is an experienced sauna master who works with the energy in the room from start to finish. Music is central – it sets the mood and pulls you into an experience filled with good vibes and strong energy.

Nick meets you where you are. But if you are ready, he will also challenge you – so you truly feel it. It is intense, authentic, and filled with good energy throughout.

And when it's over, you are left with sweat on your body, peace in your mind, and the feeling that something has shifted.

Bettina Barkow

Bettina Barkow

Bettina's sauna sessions are characterized by a meditative and sensory atmosphere, where calm, relaxing music sets the stage for deep inner reflection. With a special focus on the breath, participants are guided into a state of presence and inner peace.

The temperature is on the warmer end of the scale, inviting the body to release tension while the mind gradually calms down.

The sessions create a safe space with room to unwind, connect with yourself, and restore the balance between body and mind.

Danny Fogel

Heat is not just temperature. In the right hands, it becomes a space — to let go, feel, and return to yourself.

In Danny's sessions, there is nothing you have to achieve. You don't have to be anything for anyone — not a colleague, parent, partner, or friend. You are here for yourself.

Through heat, scents, breathwork, and music, a space is created focusing on elements such as the heart, self-love, gratitude, calmness, and grounding.

Danny lives in the intersection of the data-driven and the spiritual — from longevity and body optimization to tantra and the breath. He brings this tension into the sauna session.

Toke Brunvand

Toke Brunvand

Music is the focal point of Toke's sauna sessions. Intensity, heat, scents, towel techniques, and guidance reflect the mood the music creates.

Toke takes great care in curating his playlists and allowing the other elements to support a sensory and cohesive experience. At the same time, he facilitates a conscious building of mental resilience.

Through the sauna session, participants are invited to work with their relationship to stress, pain, and emotions – both in the heat and as tools that can be brought into everyday life.

Katrin Pryce

Inner peace

Katrin’s sauna sessions focus on slowing down the pace and creating space to simply be with what is. With a background as a trauma-informed breathwork instructor, she works with the breath in interplay with heat and cold to soften the body and nervous system, allowing for release and deep calmness.

The music is often soft, meditative, and ceremonial, drawing inspiration from indigenous cultures and soundscapes from various corners of the world. Additionally, she works intuitively with herbs, incense, and essential oils to create a deeply sensory and grounding experience.

Dorthe Birkholm

Dorthe Birkholm

Presence, energy, and atmosphere are the focal points of Dorthe's saunagus.

Through heat, scents, and music, she creates an experience where participants can disconnect from everyday life and be present in the moment.

Dorthe is fascinated by the energy with which we meet ourselves and each other, and how even small changes in mindset and presence can affect our well-being. This interest is reflected in her sessions, where music, heat, and atmosphere go hand in hand.

With a focus on community, heat, and good energy, she wants participants to leave the sauna with renewed vigor, a smile on their face, and the feeling of having done something good for themselves.
