The water in our ice baths is kept at a constant temperature of 0-5°C, providing precise and effective cold exposure. This creates the optimal environment to activate your body and boost both dopamine and energy.
Contrast therapy with heat and cold is generally safe for most people, but we recommend that people with heart disease, pregnancy, or other health conditions consult their doctor before participating in ice baths or sauna sessions.
